A certified technician will arrive at your scheduled time and walk through your home's highest-risk areas with you. The inspection takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. You will be present for all of it.
Before leaving, your technician will walk you through what they found in plain language and answer any questions. If mold is present and remediation is recommended, you will receive a written quote on the spot — no waiting, no callbacks, no pressure.
There is zero obligation to schedule any service after the inspection.
While You Wait
If you have visible mold or a strong musty smell in one area of the home, avoid running your HVAC system in that zone if possible — this can spread spores to other rooms. Your technician will walk you through next steps when they arrive.
One More Thing
If your kids or any family member have been dealing with recurring illness, it is worth mentioning to your technician at the start of the inspection. It helps them prioritize where to look first.
